MUST READ: MAPOLY Acceptance fee payment process and Other Registration Procedure for Newly admitted students:

It's no longer news that the school first batch admission list {Merit List} was released yesterday; and we've received a whole lot of questions regarding the second batch post utme screening exam date, second batch admission list, acceptance fee payment procedure and deadline, amongst others.

Firstly, I'll love to congratulate all the candidates that were admitted; in the same vein, I'd also love to implore those that weren't admitted not to lose hope as other lists would be out soonest.

However, the acceptance fee is #25,500 and the payment/registration/print out is #1,000; giving us the total of #26,500.

°WHY SHOULD I COME TO ABEOKUTA TO MAKE THE PAYMENT?

Over time, candidate have encountered transaction error which has led to DEDUCTION of money from the used BANK ACCOUNT {this is generally known as MONEY- HANGING issue on campus}. The process and procedure taken in order to reverse this Money is Stressful and Strenuous; this is why I wouldn't advise candidates to make the payment themselves because it's #25,500 we are talking about here not #3,500!!!

°WHEN IS THE ACCEPTANCE FEE DEADLINE?

The Acceptance Fee has no specific deadline, admitted candidates are advised to make the payment as soon as possible so that they can complete other stages of registration before resumption.

°WHAT'S THE NEXT STEP AFTER PAYING THE ACCEPTANCE FEE?

After paying the acceptance fee, you will be given a LOG-IN PASSWORD; and the username will be the E-MAIL you entered while paying the acceptance fee. This Details {username and password } will enable you to log in to the FRESH STUDENT PORTAL; it is through this portal that you will print out the CLEARANCE FORM and ACCEPTANCE FEE RECEIPT.

Below are the stages of registration after acceptance fee payment:

MEDICAL: this is the first step of registration, it comprises of Blood/Urine Test, X-Ray and Eye Test....this stage initiates the Registration Process.

SIGNING OF CLEARANCE FORM: after paying the acceptance fee, the log in details given to you will enable you to print out the Clearance Form, Oath Form and Acceptance Fee Receipt. This is the most important aspect/stage of the Registration Process because without completing this, you won't be able to pay the the School Fee.

°CHANGE OF INSTITUTION/CHOICE FORM:

This is another issue I'll also like to address, for those that choosed MAPOLY as their POLYTECHNIC CHOICE {2nd Choice} instead of making the school your UNIVERSITY CHOICE {1st Choice} in JAMB; you will be asked to pay #10,000 for CHANGE OF CHOICE form before your respective departmental School Officers and HOD signs your CLEARANCE FORM. Candidates who didn't chose the school in their JAMB will be asked to pay #12,500 for CHANGE OF INSTITUTION form before their Clearance Form is signed.

°SCHOOL FEE ISSUE:
There is no fixed price for the school fee because it changes annually; at times it rises and at time it falls...it all depends on the country economy and the government in power.

For payment of Acceptance Fee, please contact us as our registration booth is located and situated at Panseke, Abeokuta beside the Tantalizers. A lot of fraudulent activities are going on so you need to be careful on who to trust with all payments to be made.
