REGISTRATION: Mapoly Medical Form Collection Requirements:

The long anticipated medical form for the newly admitted students of the institution has commenced.

Students who must have paid the school Acceptance Fee are expected to come to the school Medical Centre with their printed LOG IN Details to obtain the Medical Form.

Medical fees are going to be collected at the Hospital each student is posted to; the medical comprises of three (3) different stages:

¶X-Ray
¶Blood/Urine Test
¶Eye Test

Make hay while the sun shines.....avoid late Registration!!!!
