The management of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY) is set to release the screening examination forms for all categories of aspirants i.e. Post UTME, ND Part Time and HND Full Time and Part Time Programmes. Candidates has however been advised to purchase the form online using their ATM card as soon as the form is released on the school official website.

Aspirants have also been advised to disregard the rumour about the post UTME form as the management is yet to release the form online for purchase. Post UTME candidates must note that the JAMB cut off into the OND Full Time programmes is 150 and nothing less.

Below are the prices of the forms:

Post UTME form: #3,500

ND Part Time/ HND Forms: #7,500 + #3,500 (for Seat Number) = #11,000

Method of Application:

Forms are to be purchased Online Using your Visa or Master Card ATM
