HIERARCHY: "Why do they keep their windows locked and leave us to suffer in the Sun? Its not fair!" - MAPAITES cries out due to the way they are being treated by Staffs and other officials.

It's very sad and devastating to see Mapaites being treated like animals by the authorities and other officials of the institution; we all know it's not easy because of the large nature of the number of students in the school but that doesn't give officials the right to abuse the rights of the students.

At different levels, staff use their power to oppress and abuse students. A Mapaite once told me that he was insulted and embarrassed at the school Microfinance Bank just because he asked the attendant the account number of a particular school project.

Hierarchy is present in the whole school environment starting from the school gate (campus surveillance) to the administration office. These so-called staffs sit in their air-conditioned office with their windows closed and opened at their desired time irrespective of how serious the situation is.

Students are not happy with this situation; it's contemptible, despicable and devastating. We call on the management to please find a way to curb this non challant attitude of staffs towards the students.
